Who Woovi is

Woovi is a payments platform serving companies with PIX, cashback and other solutions. It is a Payment Institution regulated by the Central Bank of Brazil (code 694) and a direct participant in the PIX network, with no intermediaries.

None of your financial data stays with TrenT

TrenT does not process your payment — Woovi does, and it happens inside your own bank's app. TrenT does not store:

• ✓ Your tax ID (CPF) — it goes straight to Woovi to issue the charge and is not written to any database of ours
• ✓ Your bank password — you type it only in your bank's app, never here
• ✓ Your PIX key, account and card — they never pass through our servers at any point

Even if someone broke into TrenT, they would not find this data here: it never existed on our side.

Your data and the LGPD

All that is kept is contact information: name, e-mail and WhatsApp — what is needed to create your account and send the flight alerts you asked for. Nothing is sold or shared with third parties.

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (LGPD) you can, at any time, request access to your data, correct it, withdraw consent for the alerts or delete your account — deletion lives in Settings and ends the billing along with it. Payment records are kept for the period tax law requires, even after deletion.

Who Stripe is

Stripe is one of the largest payment processors in the world, used by millions of companies — from startups to the likes of Amazon, Google and Shopify. It holds PCI DSS Level 1 certification, the highest security standard in the card industry.

None of your card data stays with TrenT

TrenT does not process your payment — Stripe does, and the card details are typed on a Stripe page, not here. TrenT does not store:

• ✓ Your card number — neither in full nor in part
• ✓ Expiry date and CVV — the security code never passes through our servers
• ✓ Card or bank password — we do not ask for it and have no way to see it

All that stays on TrenT's side is a reference code generated by Stripe, used to identify your subscription and containing no card data.

Stripe is an international company and payment processing may take place outside Brazil. Details of the processing and transfers are in our Privacy Policy.
